1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, logging in or using any part of the emas444 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect from the moment you begin using the platform, whether before or after formal account registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the emas444 platform. Continued use after any amendments to the terms are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy of emas444, both of which form part of the overall agreement between emas444 and the player.

2. Player Eligibility

To create an account and use emas444 services, players must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Register on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform
• Reside in an area that permits access to online gambling platforms
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not prohibited by local law from participating in gambling activities

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on the emas444 platform. Holding more than one account, whether directly or indirectly, is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, players are required to provide complete and accurate information including their full name as per MyKad, a valid email address, an active mobile number, and other details required by the system. All this information is used for identity verification and payment processing purposes.

Players are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and login details confidential
• Ensuring that access to the account is not given to third parties
• Notifying emas444 immediately if unauthorised access is suspected
• Updating personal information whenever any changes occur

emas444 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

emas444 accepts deposits via recognised local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM30.

All deposits must be made using an account or payment instrument in the name of the registered player. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the transaction being rejected and the account suspended for investigation.

emas444 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, e-wallet providers or banks may impose their own charges depending on their policies, and this is beyond emas444's control.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

Before the first withdrawal is processed, players may be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including submitting a copy of their MyKad or valid identification document. This is a standard security measure to protect players from fraud.

Withdrawals will not be processed in the following circumstances:

• There are outstanding bonus wagering requirements
• The account is currently under review or verification
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to the account
• The withdrawal request does not meet the minimum limit set

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by emas444 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players are required to fulfil these requirements in full before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: emas444 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 making your balance RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.

Second example: A deposit of RM1,800 will give a maximum bonus of RM888, making the balance RM2,688. The total wagering to be completed is RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

General bonus terms:

• Each player is eligible to claim a promotion once only unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• emas444 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if misuse occurs
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period set for each promotion
• Not all game types contribute equally towards fulfilling wagering requirements

7. Game and Sports Rules

All games available on the emas444 platform, including online slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, sic bo, blackjack, sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay, and esports, each have specific rules that players must follow.

Game results generated by the system are final. emas444 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all games. The sports betting system uses odds that are fixed at the time the bet is placed.

The following are prohibited on the emas444 platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play or bet
• Manipulating the system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities for unlawful gain
• Colluding with other players to cheat the game system
• Taking advantage of technical errors or incorrect odds displays
• Any form of money laundering through the platform

If a technical disruption occurs during an active game, emas444 will use system records to determine the outcome of actions already taken. If the records are insufficient to determine an outcome, the bet in question may be voided and the amount returned to the player.

8. Responsible Gambling

• The player is found to have provided false information during registration

• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• Instructions from authorities or law enforcement bodies

• Indirect, consequential or exemplary losses even where emas444 has been informed of the possibility of such losses
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers, game software developers or network providers

11. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
